The power supply

The power supply provides electrical energy for the drive motor of the electric motorcycle. In previous electric vehicles, dc motor speed regulation is achieved by series resistance or changing the number of turns of the motor’s magnetic field coil. Because its speed is graded, and will produce additional energy consumption or the use of motor structure is complex, has rarely used today. Nowadays, the SCR chopper speed regulation is widely used in electric vehicles, which realizes stepless speed regulation by changing the terminal voltage of the motor evenly and controlling the current of the motor. In the control of drive motor’s spin transformation, dc motor relies on contactor to change the current direction of armature or magnetic field to achieve the motor’s spin transformation, which makes the Circuit complex and reliability reduced. When the ac asynchronous motor is used, the change of the motor’s steering only needs to change the phase sequence of the three phase current of the magnetic field, which can simplify the control circuit.
